Dyan Newton

Dyan Newton has been painting for over 28 years, working in watercolors, pastels and oils, She studied with local and well-known artists throughout the years, enabling her to develop her own unique style.  She uses bright, crisp, fresh colors to express her emotions giving her paintings energy. She takes pleasure in painting a variety of subjects, including landscapes, both architechural and scenic, portraits, animal subjects and foral still lifes.  She also teaches and gives worksops.  She entertains commissions from those seeking her unique approach.  

She has studied with Tom Lynch, Stephen Quiller, Leo Smith, Ben Konis, Frank Webb, Polly Hammett, Hilary Page, Dan Burt, Betty Carr, Harold Phoenix, George James, Ken Hosmer,Carla O'Connor.and Frank Francese.
